A nice experience. I ordered a classic salted pretzel with the spicy nacho dip thru the Auntie Anne's app and got it quite fast. Staff was friendly and clean. I enjoyed the pretzel as it was warm and salty and with the dip it was perfect! I'd recommend it for a savory snack. Kudos!

I had specifically asked for no butter on my pretzel. I've had no problem before but the other day they ignored that request. I am severely lactose intolerant and it made me extreamly sick I had to leave work. I am not happy about this at all and will not be going back. I even double checked twice that it was the one without butter but they said there "pretty sure" which shows they don't know how to ask questions for someone's health.

I came in the store thirty minutes before they closed wanting a cinnamon sugar pretzel this afternoon. They wanted to sell me their mini cups because thats what they had already and were going to close so couldnt make me the pretzel. Thats ridiculous. They want to sell you what they have instead of giving the customer what they want. Also, the employees were chatting and didnt address us after minutes of going in. I will not be coming back.

Anytime I go here the workers are so miserable and seem annoyed people come in to order food. Tried to ordered hotdogs and was told there were none...when there were 3 in the case. But wouldn't sell them.
