        The entire "team" at Phonesoap is Horrible at customer service, communication, follow through, and delivery. If you want broken promises, lies and and a headache of an experience, this is your place. There are other similar products available on the market, shop elsewhere.

        I called Phonesoap wanting a rush order. I have to give my son and his wife their Christmas presents early at Thanksgiving and wanted this in time. Not only did I get free shipping and a coupon code, the box arrived in pristine condition in what, a few days? I was so happy to get it in time. Box was well-wrapped and sturdy to withstand our blizzard. Very very happy customer will recommend to my son who runs a tech company. Thank you Charity and staff for very superior customer service!
