Service Department at Porsche Lehi

Purchased a Porsche Taycan Turbo S from this dealership on 10/16/2021. When I took delivery of the vehicle I noted that the main computer system that controls the car was partially inoperable. The navigation wouldn't work, Bluetooth wouldn't work, and I couldn't create an owner profile. Without Bluetooth, I couldn't sync my phone, contacts or music. A huge bummer when you purchase a certified vehicle. In discussions with service, I assumed that they would fit me right into their schedule. After all, the car that they sold me, which was Porsche Certified, didn't work properly. Instead I was told that they were too busy to even schedule an appointment. They asked me to drop off the vehicle + explained to me that they would "work it in" at their convenience. I am certain that, had I known about the above mentioned issues prior to purchasing the vehicle, service would have accommodated the car immediately to guarantee the sale. Once the sale was completed, my leverage went out the window. Beware of the service department at this dealership.

Ridiculously long time to be able to book a service appointment. As of today it is over 2 months just to schedule a mileage maintenance and a oil change. If I had not have prepaid for this service I would be going to the SLC dealership since I can get in within 2 weeks. AVOID PREPAYING FOR SERVICE so you do not have have to wait and can take care of it at another service center.

So disappointed with this dealership. I own a Panamera Turbo and a 911 Turbo and trying to get your car scheduled for maintenance is so difficult. Just tried and it was a month and a half out for an oil change. It just seems the service and the sale people should be on the same level as Porsche. They just don't care. Really hard to believe.
