        Ive used several other storage facilities in Davis County over the years BUT Wildcat Storage in Layton is by far the BEST!!! Kelsee the manager is extremely customer friendly & ready to assist you with the best storage solution for you to accommodate your needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND WILDCAT STORAGE IN LAYTON!!

        Not bad for several months, but toward the end, we got mice. The staff said it was the unit next to ours who brought them but we weren't notified until I found a dead mouse outside our unit and mice droppings inside. When I first called about mice, I wasn't treated very kindly and there was no one on site to come remove the dead mouse. They since apologized and besides that specific encounter, all others were pleasant. They provided insurance info and offered to move us units and upgrade us, so I appreciated the gesture. For outdoor storage, they offer pretty good protection from the elements. There were plenty of rainstorms but nothing inside got wet. If you plan to move mid month, be aware that they don't prorated their rent and you have to pay the full month.

      We are sorry for your experience. We have hired a pest company. And are facility is clean. We do prorate move ins. One nice thing about our facility is that leases are month to month. Due to us not having long leases our tenants get the unit the full month even if they decide to move out early. Please reach out if there is anything else we can help you with.
