    In the beginning when I was selling one of my houses. I picked Rigby Home Buyers. It was a hard decision to make and unfortunately I feel like I could have picked someone better. The whole process took over a year. Before I chose them they put on an awesome show. After I signed with them. It turned into a run around. I knew they bought this house simply to flip it. I wanted it out of my life. Yes, it was a very old, run down house due to the tenants that occupied it and ended up getting evicted. I believe these home buyers to be fairly new. If I had a question I couldn't get any sort of answer without jumping through a lot of hoops. It appeared as if there was very little knowledge to be found. I started to become just a bit too frightened. I honestly thought this house I sold would never bring me my profit. There was a point in time I thought it was a scam. Luckily it wasn't. They did hire an attorney for me and they did pick up the bill. That was indeed very gracious of them. Because of that I will give them an extra star. Once that happened communication became almost non existent. At one point I did send an email to everyone involved, saying Hey guys this is Shelley. Remember the one selling this house. That caught their attention momentarily. I never could figure out why the attorney did not communicate with me very proffesionally. The home buyers and my attorney communicated often and very well. Finally the sell was completed and yes I received my funds. There was one stipulation that never came to fruition. I was to be allowed to go into the house and remove any of my personal belongings. I did ask the buyers when this could happen and the request was pushed aside for one reason or another. I finally drove out that way and spoke with a neighbor who did inform me that yes the buyers had been there. It wasn't a mistake because that neighbor knew their names. They also knew the tenants were long gone. The issue with that is the buyers consistantly told me they hadn't been there and the tenants were still moving out. That was the biggest reason I was not allowed to visit the house. The buyers repeatedly told me they had yet to visit the house and they wanted to before I removed what was left of my personal belongings. And two, the tenants had not vacated. Both of those reasons were not true. I of course was quite upset. My initial plans were to confront these buyers in detail but I decided not to. I briefly spoke with them and I simply made it clear that I was not being told the truth. I finished with nevermind I don't need to go there and I wished them good luck. My opinion is they will indeed need a lot of good luck if they are to succeed in the future doing business like they did with me. I have mentioned no names simply because of the nature of this transaction.
