Very nice and professional, HOWEVER after extracting a back tooth and 3 fillings in the front teeth, which were rough not smooth surfaces! They gave me all the instructions you get after an extraction except, Dr. Jeremiah Lindgren or his dental assistant did not bring up pain mitigation except for put ice on it, until I asked about it. His assistant asked where I fill my prescriptions and I told her, she said she would call it in she didn't nor did Dr Lindgren. When I went to pick it up it was not called in. I was the last patient. When the novacaine wore off I was in intense pain all night and didn't sleep just using ice sitting on the couch all night in pain and great anxiety. I also in February 2023 paid them 1,879.00 dollars for my new bottom denture. On April 10, 2024 at my appointment they told me I had a credit, they didn't inform me about the credit on my account until I went back in, or how much it was. So for 15 months they didn't not inform me of my credit. Don't know if it was the Doctors protocol or Monarch dentals business practices. Also when they extracted five teeth on the bottom to prepare for the bottom denture, they didn't even call to check up on me, I was taking eliqius a blood thinner then and still am. They did provide pain medication ! This time. I called my insurance company and made a formal complaint! I also contacted an attorney!! I would not recommend but discourage going to any Monarch dental facilities, I liked Dr. Jeremiah Lindgren very nice man, but unfortunately he or his staff dropped the ball. I was told that the Layton location is able to accommodate 2 cleanings at a time. The first time we went they did! This time we had to wait for one child to be done before the next was taken back. However another family walked in and they took all 3 kids back at the same time!!! Its so frustrating to sit and wait!
