        Called and made an appointment and they never showed up. Tried to call several times and no answer or return phone call.. Don't know how they could stay in business treating there customers this way..

        Bad experience. Said they would come clean my carpets and when I mentioned I was on the 3rd floor, he sent me a message that he would "check a time and get back to me".... Never did until I sent a response stating the least he could do was respond and not just leave me hanging. His follow up was he was out of town, that I should use a different company and wishes me the best. Wow now that is some great customer service.... NOT!!!!

        The A Team was punctual and my carpet has never looked better. I have used the fast drying, no residue company before and my carpet didn't looked nearly this nice. A+ for the A-Team.
