Mountain West - Dent Company

Someone did a hit and run on my new truck, leaving a large dent. Josh did a wonderful job explaining the process and why I was getting different info from different companies due to the severity of the dent. He was able to fix it and make it look as good as new.

Wow! The customer experience I received from Josh and the Mountain West Dent Company exceeded my expectations! They were very professional, knowledgeable and got my car repaired faster than I expected. Very thorough communications and updates along the way. Worked great with my insurance as well. The detailing and finishing touches made my car look new again! I highly recommend Mountain West for any dent repairs. So glad I found them!

Josh at MTN West was excellent. A friend recommended him to me. I have a large dodge ram diesel that had extensive hail damage. It is my baby. I'm glad I worked with his shop, I had no idea how much damage i actually had until he showed me under the blue light. He fixed every dent. He worked with my insurance and my deductible to save me money... cost me zero. He kept me in the loop and only had the truck a few days. He left my truck spotless with a detail. I wanted to tip him the truck looked amazing and he told me its what he does for customer service. You can bet I fully recommend this shop and I'll be back.

I brought Josh a very challenging project, someone had hit my wife’s car in a parking lot and put a massive dent in the front quarter panel. Josh took a look at it and welcomed the challenge and was very up front and honest about what he was going to be able to accomplish. I’ll be honest he exceeded mine and I think his expectations of how it turned out it looks amazing, the body lines look perfect!!! I highly highly recommend you take your dents, dings, and hail damaged vehicles to Josh, if you think it’s beyond dent repair give josh a chance to look at it you will be amazed!!!!!!!!!

I visited to inquire about a front bumper cover replacement. The guy who helped me explained that, while it could be done, there'd be a faster turnaround time if I visit a dedicated body shop. He was very helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. The guy seemed to genuinely have my best interests in mind, even though that meant turning away a customer. This was the most pleasant shop visit I had that day and would definitely take my car there if I ever needed a service they specialize in.
