My recommendation is to not work with firm I starting trying to get VA help for my mother who is in assisted living center and her assets are under the amount to qualify. I paid $2500 for a one time phone visit with Casey that lasted under five minutes then was passed off to a Stacey who helped at first and then 10 months later as her service was nil I just found out that I am now supposed to talk to an Anthony at the office. So 10 months still no benefits for Mother No correspondence from Casey's office and I am out $2500 Janet
Was able to talk to Casey and found out that I had missed an email from Anthony so this was why I was feeling that I was not getting service. Feel much better about things now

The office staff were very polite, I had very little wait time in the reception area.
