Highly recommend!! I’m super behind on writing my review(s)- Staff is amazing! They care about you & are available if there’s an emergency. They stay in a unit close by, otherwise you can text or call them. They work with you in many different areas of your life which is cool. You get pretty comfortable with the providers and staff, & the time goes by kinda quick. The Bridge has shown me a lot of different resources to helping me get well & after a long time of being away I still use some of them. some I can think of see spiritual, food education/diet, fitness, movement, music therapy. They provide and schedule appts such as acupuncture, reiki, massage, yoga and so much more. They helped me with my diet & I was able to really enjoy a lot of healthy organic, gluten free meals. I really couldn’t get enough of their food! It was also stress relieving to be able to not have to worry About preparing healthy meals while I was there. You sit in a group dynamic so meal times are together! They work with allergies pretty well just talk to the chefs. I can’t really name a favorite part but I love the area The Bridge is located in, the drive & hikes are also so beautiful! It’s hard to explain such a cool, amazing & life changing experience! I recommend Spring or September/October if you have a severe sun sensitivity like me. I’ll be back to visit! 05/12/2019 Edited* 04/2021 I attended this place when I was around 22. Age doesn’t matter here, the group dynamics always change but it always ends up for the best! I think of the bridge a lot, it’s been 2 years since I wrote this review. I’m beyond grateful that I was able to go and for all the tools they provided me with. I will note that things change a lot in the program and you need to be open minded. I went into the program with not much expectation, so I think that also helped. It’s up to you as the patient and guest to put in as much work as you want to succeed. I think having the mindset that this was a place for me to get better helped rather than thinking it’s a vacation. I want to comment that I’ve seen some amazing transformations from others that attended the group with me. The Bridge cares. I haven’t been to the new facility but they know I’ll be back for a visit!

I know I ended up exactly where I needed to be at the Bridge. It changed my life and helped me get my health back. The Bridge taught me how to use nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle to manage my chronic conditions. If you have any kind of hard-to-treat-by-conventional-medicine illnesses, the Bridge is definitely the right place. At the Bridge they address the root of the problem but they also have a full staff to help rehabilitate all aspects that need healing (physical therapist, massage therapists, acupuncture, conventional western medical professionals, psychologists and counselors, as well as a wide array of mind-body practices). I really feel so lucky to have been able to go to the Bridge. They really truly love the people who come there for help, and offer an excellent follow up care program. I wish there were a way to get the word out to more people because I don't think there is anywhere else like this place. I had tried so many things and this was undoubtedly the most helpful. If everywhere else has failed you, this place is for you. Thank you Bridge!!!
