Always very pleasant young people working here that work incredibly hard to get the orders correct. My only complaint would be that Ive never seen anyone here that would resemble a member of management or even ownership. If they would be so kind to show up they would realize that 1. They have a very good thing going and they should either hire some more people or throw an apron on and help. and 2. The layout for production is about as non-efficient as it could possibly be. These young people run back and fourth to make a damned bowl. I will be back, no doubt but gosh I wish it wouldnt be a 10 to 15 minute wait everytime. As for the people that do show up to work, a hearty Thank you! You guys are amazing!

Went to Rush Bowls for the first time today. The employees were very nice and helpful and my smoothie was amazing. Definitely will be back

Really interesting response from the owner. Im honestly extremely disappointed at the level of snarkyness and lack of accountability. Ive been going to Rush bi-weekly for 6 months now, but will be likely need to look elsewhere. Heres a few takeaways: -no accountability or apology for not being open during scheduled work hours -no mention of the employee telling me they were closing in 10 minutes when the sign and online says they closed 1 hour and 10 minutes later. When I refer to the employee not wanting me to order, her saying you were about to close is in 10 minutes when signs say otherwise is what I mean by that. When are you ACTUALLY closing? I didnt want to be the jerk customer that orders right when closing takes place. The signs told me otherwise though. Did you not hear that on the tape? -no accountability or apology for being out of a key fruit product. Would love to watch the tape you refer to as I heard strawberries. Regardless, the principle of no accountability remains the same. If youre out of a key product, a sign should be present. There was none. Was VERY disappointed in my rush bowl experience tonight. Showed up at 6:45pm and all the lights were out. Saw a sign on the door they werent open until 4pm so I walked in. The worker was cold and said they were closing soon at 7pm. Made me feel like I was a burden. Online it says they are open until 8pm. I was confused. I placed my order and they were out of strawberries?? Like what the heck haha she was basically begging me not to order anything so she got what she wished and I walked out. I work in retail so trust me I get staffing challenges, but this was unacceptable customer service. A waste of my gas money and time traveling to the store. I wouldnt recommend this place due to the unreliable service you will receive

I loveeee aa bowls, but unfortunately every time Ive been to Rush (only twice) the bowls are just super bland and dont really taste like much. It doesnt taste like they have much fruit blended in. I have gotten recommended bowls that are apparently popular, but they just dont have much flavor. The girls working are so sweet! But I just dont really love it. Definitely better places out there.
