T-Mobile

No help, no service. Store wasn’t great. But T-Mobile as a whole has been a bad experience.

I don’t typically leave Google reviews, but this store said it would be help them, and they certainly deserve it! The employees at this location are some of the most patient, courteous, polite, and friendly people that I have had the privilege of working with. They immediately greeted us with a smile and never once made us feel like our questions were dumb. They took the time to walk us through the mild issues that other stores were unwilling to help with. I am with T-Mobile because of the customer service, and this store exemplifies that! Thank you, Todd, and Tanner for the fantastic service! I will recommend your store any time I get the chance!

Very nice people who are knowledgeable. Helped me answer every questions I had without making me feel dumb which is awesome. This is the customer service I wish every store had, but I will always come back to this store without a doubt.
