My car was involved in a hit and run accident here while I was inside. $4000 worth of damage in case you were wondering. Asked an employee if it was possible to get a look at their security footage to find who was responsible. The employee's response, "I'm just an employee, I can't show you that. Contact corporate." and when asked for corporates number, he didn't even know that and told me to look it up. After filing a police report and contacting the corporate office through their messaging system and some guy name Sam that is the managing member, I have yet to receive a response after a month and half. I finally got the police report and it states that 'no video surveillance is available' despite there being oodles amount of cameras on the building, so I take it that they didn't respond to them either. The shakes here are great, but the the operation as a whole is low par. I would highly recommend you bring your own video surveillance to this establishment in case your own vehicle gets hit because this place is no help at all.

Ordered shakes for $6.50 each, waited for an hour because they take about 10 minutes to complete each order. There is no AC or ,maybe it is broken ,so the front door is left open. This means there are flies flying all over the place in here. Bathrooms are dirty and also full of flies. This is only two stars because the shakes weren’t disgusting. Do not come here. It’s overpriced, warm, and the environment feels gross from seeing all the flies buzz around.
