Had the most terrible service today at Fillmore post office ,from the lady behind the desk did not catch her name but she is one of two women that I've seen there, she is the one with short hair and dark makeup on eyes. I been waiting for a package for a few weeks now, it is a priority mail envelope. She asked if I had anything in my mailbox which clearly I have not recieved what I was asking for. She stated she would not be able to help me , basically stating she is refusing to do her job, from my understanding you cannot refuse service when your working a fedaral job! She kept stating she could not do anything for me when I tried to ask her to check under my address. So I just told her Thank you and have a nice day, as I proceed to leave because I did not want to listen to her say over and over that she could not help me! She yelled after me "see ya" obviously knowing ill be back to ask for my package. I just relocated from California and cannot believe that coming from a highly populated City the post office associates there are 100 times more polite than this lady in a small town with hardly any customers.
