        I've been growing the red winter wheat from Dave's farms for over a year now. It's clean and has a high germination rate. I'm looking to buy 400-500 more pounds from him today - if I can.

        The web site says that you use no pesticides, the you say use spray with herbicide, herbicide is a pesticides. I think what you mean to say is that you use no insecticide. Anything used to control pesticides be it insecticide or weed is a pesticides. However only insecticide control insects. The devil is in the little details. Question as to what you control weeds with on ORGANIC listing. Are you able to get 14%protein on the her wheat?? THANKS,

        I have bought wheat twice from Daves Farms and it always an awesome experience. The prices are great and the people are amazing. I have toasted the hard white wheat and made cream of wheat, I have also planted, pouted and and both eaten the sprouts and juiced them. This wheat is delicious and versatile.
