This place is TERRIBLE. Stay away!   Over the phone they offered to change my pickup/start date by one day, and said it's no problem.. well I got charged and extra $500 for that, which wasn't ever communicated until after the fact.  The check engine light, oil light both flashed the whole way.  VERY misleading and fraudulent!!!!

Do not either rent or drop off your budget rental there. I rented two trucks and dropped them off there. I filled up the truck just down the street and dropped it off. They complained that the truck fuel meter was just below the f line. They said they would charge me for not fully filling it up. So I went back there, filled up the gas another 5 gallons for 18 bucks (keep in mind I filled it up to the brim of the fuel neck which is very dangerous). The needle landed on the f line. They did not want to refund my money back for this. I would be wary of this place.

Would give a 0 star if I could. Absolute WORST Budget location and service. FRAUDULENT AND MISLEADING
I rented a budget cargo van to drive from UT to NY. I had researched for weeks on rates and was given a 30% discount for this rental. Well they sneakily took that way once I was there to pick it up and said I was told about the rate change when I called. I wasn't! If I was told, I would NOT have changed my plans to leave a day earlier. By that point it was too late, and I was due on the road (hotels booked, etc).
Next, the van had the check engine light on the entire way, oil change light, no bluetooth, and the cigarette lighters didn't work, so no charging a phone. It was garbage. No one even checked my driver's license upon picking up the vehicle. I'm floored this place can stay in business.

I wish there was a zero star option. I made a truck reservation two months in advance and received a phone call five days before my reservation to let me know that a truck would not be available. I spoke with a very unpleasant woman named Cindy who informed me in no uncertain terms that I was out of luck and it was not her problem. She was completely unhelpful and offered no solutions to my problem. In fact, She treated me as if I were the problem and acted as though informing me that I would not have a truck was doing me a favor. She made such helpful comments as well I cant manufacture a truck and we have no control over whether we get trucks. Had she shown just a little bit of empathy or understanding or attempted at all to assist with my problem, it would have been a much different situation. I was able to contact another budget office who found me an available truck in Ogden. Everyone else at budget was incredibly helpful and understanding. Would not recommend this particular location.
