        Hired this company to do my carpets very unprofessional. Technician left trash everywhere and a half empty Red Bull knocked over on my hardwood floor. Wouldnt recommend using unless you want to be completely unsatisfied.

        I used Deluxe for a rental that I was vacating. They did a great job and the carpet appeared to be way more clean then when I first moved in to the unit. I had no issues with their service whatsoever and was pleased. The one piece of feedback I will say is your marketing is very persistent and I can appreciate that having a business myself, however it almost comes off as way too much and the calls are excessive. Other than that, I would use Deluxe again, when I am ready. You don't need to follow up with me every month. Service: General carpet cleaning

        The services guy used a carpet buffer the carpet is still not clean he told us to vacuum in a couple of days and my vacuum full of dirt have to go over two or three times
