I'm in a similar boat as many. Tnt did a job for me and didn't secure it well enough. Wind storms blew panels off and I can't even get them to respond anymore. I've even asked if I could just buy the material from them and I'd install it, they just don't respond.

OVER THREE MONTHS after I accepted their bid, workmen arrived at my door UNANNOUNCED. No notification from TNT they were coming. I would never recommend TNT to anyone. Use them at your own risk (and tolerance level). Funny how quickly I was sent a bill, when they couldn't care less about making me wait 3 months for service, or even bother to let me know when workers would arrive.
