Expect 2 months for them to get maintenance for a simple blind replacement. I am not supposed to be charged for stuff that was broken before hand, so why did you take off from my security deposit to fix said blinds? I should of expected NOTHING less from a company that has 2 stars on google reviews. I made an account JUST to write this negative review. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! READ THE NUMEROUS OTHER REVIEWS! YOU! HAVE! BEEN! WARNED!

When considering hiring a real estate management company to handle the rental of your property you are concerned with 1) finding a reliable tenant, 2) providing an accurate accounting of rent received and costs incurred and 3) seeing to the propertys maintenance. My property has been under management by Asset Management for 21 years. Through that time, Asset Management has always found reliable tenants, provided accurate accounting, and maintained the property in a prompt and professional manner.
