        Worst customer service! Ever since they moved their customer service to a call center outside the USA I have spent more then an hour trying to get a new tank delivered. Their records showed it completed and it took 36 minutes to finally have the women understand we did not have the new tank and get an appt scheduled.

        Worst experience ever! Was transferred back and forth to people outside the USA and was on hold for over an hour! I am ready to pull the tank and go with a new provider. I am not willing to email like they claim they want me too. My only question was to make sure if they had my right card on file! I am the one trying to get them paid and I was treated like a 2nd class citizen! JUST SAY NO TO THIS COMPANY!

        I would not recommend this company at all. I paid for a full propane tank *in-advanced* and was told it would be delivered on or by December 29th. I called on December 28th to confirm it would be delivered on December 29th. The representative confirmed it WILL be delivered. They no showed on December 29th. I call on December 30th and they claimed my delivery date is now December 31st. I said no, it was on December 29th. The rep then said oh I see that now. I’ll make it a priority delivery, so it gets delivered by tomorrow, December 31st. I call on December 31st to see when they will be here and of course, no answer because the office is closed. It is now January 3rd and they are claiming it will be delivered tomorrow, January 4th. I asked to speak with a manager and got put on hold for 40 minutes. If my propane doesn’t get delivered today, I am disputing the charge with my bank today if the propane is not delivered. This is absolutely unacceptable and some of the worst customer service I have ever received.
