The office gentlemen that I called was so helpful, very pleasant, and nice so I figured I would give them a try. I got some over weight, old guy out to my house and he was late! He did not do a good job because he was to busy talking (more like yelling) on his phone, and the sad part was he was the owner. He made me feel uneasy and I was glad to see him go. If you want someone pleasant to talk to call the office manager, if you want some fat old guy out to your house have them spray.

I called up and asked for service, they set me up with a guy named Scott and two hours later he shows up from his scheduled time. He walked around "spraying" and spitting chew everywhere! I waited and nothing happened, no dead bugs nothing . They sent back out another guy, young and friendly and he sprayed and I had bugs dropping everywhere. I don't know if Scott was spraying water but if you do get their service asked for the one gentlemen I believe his name was Casey or Corey something with a C.

America's WORST. Hired America's best for pest control during the summer of 2013. They missed their scheduled and re-scheuduled appointments, and they failed to take care of the ants they came in to treat. When I called the owner with my concerns over the continued appearances of ants, he basically called me a liar and said he had just been at my residence the day before. I let him know it had been 4 days, and I had dealt with ants all weekend. Several days later when the ant problem still persisted, he dropped some more ant traps on my doorstep while I was out- the same ant traps that failed to work the first time. When I contacted him with my concerns, there was no resolution. I had to use another product to take care of the problem. They cost me $60 in service fees plus $35 is food I had to throw away because it was infested with ants. Terrible customer service, ineffective treatment, poor communication and no refund. America's WORST is a better name for their company.
