We had the absolute worst experience with this company. We manage an Air BnB. Our regular cleaner gave us a month's notice that she would be on a trip during a weekend that we would need a cleaning.
We hired this company right after her notice to clean the home for the day before with clear instructions that it would have to be done at that time because at 4 the next day, we would have another tenant coming at that time. He assured us that that would be no problem and his company could handle our requirements. We were super nervous about having someone else do the cleaning and getting it done on time so we called the week before to make sure they had us on the schedule and went back over all of the requirements. He once again assured us his company would be able to accommodate our needs. The morning they were scheduled to come, we noticed that no one had arrived via our doorbell camera so we text to make sure they were planning on coming. Our guests weren't coming the next day at 4 so we figured maybe they were just coming later in the day; however, the entire day went by without a response so we started to call and text again without answer. We set up another person last minute who assured us they would come and do it that night at 9:00 pm. Finally, Fresh Pro Cleaning got back to us and said they would be there early the next morning to have it done by 4. We canceled the other cleaner that was planning on coming that night. By 11 the next day no one had come by to clean the house yet, which was really cutting it close so we once again started to get ahold of someone without a response. They finally got back to us around 1:00 that they got back to us. He said he would call someone right then to come. He called back q while after and said he couldn't find a cleaner to come to us and he was in St. George so he wouldn't be back in time to clean it himself. AKA, he totally screwed us... 3 hours before our guests were supposed to arrive we had to find another company last minute on Father's Day, a Sunday to clean it and set it. By the time we found someone and they got there, there wasn't even enough time to finsh a load of laundry.
We live out of town and didn't have the option to go for ourselves to clean the home so it was a crazy stressful situation. We were very communicative of our needs and the date and he ditched on it twice, at the very last minute. Any amount of notice and we could have changed our plans to ensure our needs were met by a better company, but the last minute cancelation was insane and very unprofessional. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
