Really quick response. Spring on the garage door broke at about noon. Called him and he was here and had it fixed by 2! Very friendly and great service.

Jim was great. He came to my house as quickly as he could. I called at 4:30 pm and he said he could be out by 9 am the next day. I decided to use my home warranty. I called them and found out red rock was not a contractor for the home warranty. I cancelled with Jim with no problem. But then the contracted provider couldn’t come out for two days. I called him back and he still made it out to my house by 9am! What great service. He fixed my garage door quickly and he even made sure everything else about the door was in working order. Jim's service and the install were top notch and the price was the best in town (we shopped his prices). I would look no further than Jim's company. Excellent.
