        Very high priced, had 1 person to take payment she was on lunch 45 min. So had to wait. Then no one would even help us with the car to tow home.

        I pulled off of I-15 to help with a car that rolled up in front of me. RC Towing was the towing company that arrived to tow the car. I couldnt be more impressed with Austin from RC Towing. He was prompt getting to the scene and also so kind to the people in the accident. He helped them look for their phones and belongings that were scattered once the car was tipped upright. I highly recommend RC Towing.

        On a trip from Ogden to Boise my car tire exploded in Brigham City. RC towing was recommended to me by a local tire shop. Cameron was pleasant to speak with and acted quickly to pick me and my vehicle up with his tow truck. He delivered my vehicle back to the tire shop promptly and professionally. My stressful situation was made easier with his efforts. I highly recommend R.C. Towing. Service: Car towing

        I dont know if Ill ever use another towing company again! RC towing is great! Cameron was absolutely wonderful to work with! He communicates very well! And is super polite and quick to get ahold of! We put in a request and he called us so fast! Got our truck towed a lot faster than we thought we would! It was stress free and so easy.       I'm sorry if you had to wait. I had spoken with your husband earlier and thought we were waiting to hear back from him as to what he was wanting to do with the car. If you had called me back I could have taken care of your payment immediately but the office next to that yard was not aware of what was going on and are a separate company that helps us release cars. I am not aware of any other help you were in need of. You didn't inquire about us towing the car to another location or we could have discussed it and given you a very good price for a re tow. It is my understanding that you brought a trailer of some sort to tow it yourself. Our insurance will not allow us to load a vehicle onto a trailer for someone else. In the future if you ever have this type of situation happen I would recommend that you request a towing company of your choice or call your own rather than have the police call one from their rotation list as it could save you a lot of money or if you carry full coverage on your insurance policy it would cover the cost of towing as well. You might want to check your insurance and see if you might have towing coverage on your current policy that might reimburse you for the towing costs.Have a great day
