I have been to a few other primary care providers before and Cynthia is by far the best! It was easy to get an appointment and she actually spent the time to sit and talk about a few issues I had. I would definitely recommend her to everyone!!!!

I brought my son here for PKUs. The MA messed up on it, and my baby had to go through that twice! She didn't know how to do it, and rather than ask for help she acted like she knew what she was doing. She then acted like it was my baby's fault for "not bleeding enough" for her. When I asked questions they acted like I was stupid, but I'm a first time mom! Also, the billing department told us we wouldn't be billed until our insurance was all set up for him, but then we received a bill for $300, and they claimed the insurance wasn't going to cover vaccinations. After a call to the insurance company, then PFM, and back to the insurance company we got it straightened out, but that mess could have been avoided if they had done what they said. This is the most disorganized office I have ever been to, and most of the staff seem like they don't know how to do their jobs. Dr. Simmons is great, but honestly I would not recommend Perry Family medicine to anyone!
