My Internet went down on Saturday night. Turns out it was my equipment. I called Saturday night and left a message. By the time I called Monday morning, as soon as they opened, Mike already had a solution and new equipment is on it's way. Almost 11 years with Brigham Net, and I think I will continue with them. Awesome customer service.

Would give zero stars if I could. I spoke with the same person twice and each time his tone of voice sounded irritated and condescending. He was completely uninterested in helping
I had some issues with this company and was able to have an excellent conversation with the owner. He called me and was very respectful, answered my questions and genuinely wanted to resolve the issues for his business. He followed through with the things he said he would do and I was so impressed with how he handled all of it. He did not make or ask for any commitment of our return to his company, just really wanted to fix the problem and understand what had happened. Thank you for taking the time and being a concerned owner who cares about the customer.
