I have been with MACC for about two years now, and I see Dr. Nagao. I have NEVER had another doctor as caring and understanding as him. I no longer take my children to a pediatrician, because I trust Dr Nagao way more. Him and his staff Are always extremely friendly, and if there is something that we need to be seen for immediately, they always find a way to fit us in their schedule, Without making us feel bad for it. He takes our personal situations into account while hes caring for us. He is by far the BEST doctor I have ever had. The staff are always friendly and considerate, I have worked with billing, the people who help with pre-authorizations, the receptionists, and his MA, they are all really sweet and great at what they do. I 100% will never go to another doctor as long as he is around.

Dr. Nagao is fantastic but WOW does this office suck. Not only did they lie to me twice, they got snippy with me when I was persistent about getting the results of my EKG, which were incredibly abnormal and showed that my near syncope and other symptoms line up with the abnormal events. You do not put off results regarding CARDIAC CARE, I don't care if you have to send it to out-patient to get the results interpreted, it's absolutely unacceptable to have someone wait 2 weeks for them to throw their hands up and say they don't know and send me to a cardiologist.

This is not a review so much on the clinic itself as one doctor working within it. We had been here for my boyfriend on multiple occasions in a short span to see Nagao for an issue that required a simple blood culture to diagnose. It was the first thing Ogden Regional did based on symptoms alone. I googled symptoms and the correct diagnosis for him popped up everywhere before he was properly diagnosed by Ogden Regional. He did eventually order a blood culture after multiple visits but by then he was too ill to even go drive to the hospital to give more blood. He suffered a lot of damage to his heart. Infection from around his heart broke off and went to his brain causing a catastrophic aneurysm to rupture and a large ischemic stroke. In my 30 year old boyfriend.. Now we are waiting on a heart valve replacement. This was preventable with earlier intervention. He had been sick for MONTHS. In my opinion, you or your loved would better off anywhere than with this doctor. My mother also had a bad experience with him. Will forever avoid at all costs.

Dr Nagao is amazing! He is thorough and listens to you and best of all has a sense of humor!
