My experience dealing with this company has been horrible. They were hired by my apartment complex, one of their employees backed a truck into the carport post, knocking it out of the ground and the carport landed on my car. The employees were very rude making jokes and laughing about the situation although it was very upsetting for us. At one point the employees also went into my car without permission and removed my car seat for an unknown reason and then reinstalled it facing the wrong direction. When we asked the employees why and who went into our car they didnt give us any answers. One of the several other issues we ran into was the VP, Steve Land calling us the next day and making claims that the car has been in bad condition and he how he noted that it had issues with the suspension. My car had no known issues beforehand- we expressed concern for the safety of driving in the vehicle after the carport had been removed because the weight could have caused damage to the suspension or brakes. And while he made these assumptions the car has not yet been inspected so we dont know if there is any issues yet. This is an example of this company trying to bully and manipulate others for the faults of their own employees. Steve was very insistent about paying out of pocket although we continuously asked for the claim to be submitted to insurance. When we asked for all updates to be ran through us and and necessary repairs to be run by us, Steve said he would be towing my car back to my apartment. I find out that my car was not towed back to my apartment and was actually picked up by him Thursday evening, he kept my car overnight with me not having any knowledge of this and drove it back to my apartment Friday morning, all while my car still has unknown damage because it hasnt been properly inspected and without my permission- they essentially stole my car. This company is trying to take advantage of and manipulate us. I do not recommend working with them they are still ignoring all our efforts to contact someone higher up.
