Twinlab

I worked for Twinlab for about 3 years. I wasn’t always happy with pay, and other facets, but at the end of the day, I learned so much from working here that I was able to move on and build 2 multi million dollar businesses. If I had the chance to go back, and they needed the help with product development and innovation, I would go back in a heartbeat . I owe them a lot!

I give the EMPLOYER not the product a 2 star rating. The product is great! But the employers/managers a 2 star. My father dedicated his life, effort and hard work to this company since 1998 till 2016. After receiving employee of the month, so many recognition and promotions. He got let go. With all honesty, he did nothing wrong but was an honest loyal man to TwinLab. The reason he got let go was because ONE OF THEIR MANAGERS (who is my uncle) picked my loyal father to be let go. My uncle, the manager, took advantage of this opportunity that they were letting go of employees to let my father go. My uncle did it because of personal issues he has against my family. It is sad to see that the manager, couldn't professionally divide work and life. As soon as my father got promoted to the same department as my uncle, the manager, he bullied and harassed my father in Twin Lab. I advised my father to talk to HR but he didn't want to have problems since he'd been with the company so long and HR were founded by my uncle. I know this is more personal rating than anything else but I wanted to bring this attention to Twin Lab in American Fork UT. That they need to take care of their employees, because my father isn't the only one who is being harassed and bullied. It saddens me. I wish Twin Lab the best and I hope they realize what is going on and fix this issue. Sincerely, A daughter who loves her father.
