The Reception Center at Highland Gardens

Went to a wedding reception here. The venue was spacious and very nice. The greenery was very nice and made for a perfect atmosphere.

As a caterer, it is always incredible to work with the Highland Garden Team! Weve worked with them for multiple weddings and coming here is always something we look forward to! The team is so awesome and helpful! They were very communicative, friendly, professional and made sure we felt supported as vendors! Thank you! We look forward to working with you again!

This review is for the retail store at Highland Gardens. My friends and I planned a day to go visit the store. We looked online at store hours and planned our day accordingly. We arrived at Highland Gardens after 11am - 2 hours after their posted opening time for the day. The store was closed and no one who worked there was seen. There were 3 other cars of customers there all waiting on the store to open. A few of us went to walk around to the nursery and event venue, but we couldnt find anyone who worked there. We called and texted the numbers listed but no one ever called or texted back. We were able to peek in the windows and they have darling stuff. Bummed we couldnt shop there.

Venue is amazing!! Absolutely loved having our wedding here! My only complaint is the floral department. We did my bridal pictures a month before and they did my bouquet and it was all that I hoped and dreamt it to be. I dont love roses so I requested less roses. When we went in for our final planning meeting a few weeks before our wedding, the planner asked if I wanted to add or change anything about my bouquet and I said it was perfect I just wanted a little more pink in it for my wedding. Well, wedding day, it was a completely different bouquet, with different flowers and mainly roses, different greenery ans TOTALLY different and I absolutely hated it. And it was only slightly bigger in size and identical to my bridesmaids bouquets but quadruple the price. Picture 1 is my bridal bouquet and what it was supposed to look like on wedding day, just more pink. Picture 2 is my wedding day bouquet. Picture 3 is my bouquet and bridesmaids. So disappointed

I like this place enough. Its very pricey and I wish they switched up their inventory more than just the one time a year for Christmas, but they definitely have some really cute stuff!
