        Zero star! Having read a previous review, I can empathise I have sent a support ticket to their customer services and 5 days later I'm still waiting. As the previous reviewer reports, I too have no access to the product I've signed up for and I don't believe its worth your time doing business with a company that has flimsy support for their customers

        I've tried to contact their customer support and created a ticket and also left a message at their voice mail twice. But no response. I've wasted my money and my time. I cannot access to the contents. I am so disappointed and frustrated. They don't have any customer support, period. What kind of business is that?
