I Was very disappointed with their customer service. They totally ignored our organization that was ready to do business with them. Specifically Mr. Ross, he agreed via email to host our organization back in May 2021, for a Men's retreat in 2022, via a proposal on a pdf that he sent via email. I agreed to the proposal he sent me, then proceeded to ask him numerous times via email for him to send me the documents so I could secure the facility for 2022 . I made numerous request in June, July and August. I also called and left voicemails asking for a time frame on when he was gonna get back with me, he never returned any of my calls. He would reply, but via email with "I'll call you with the next steps" but he never did. It is now Oct and I still never received a call, nor a apology or acknowledgement of someone taking ownership for his poor customer service..

We just hosted our son’s Bar Mitzvah at CYJ Texas and the experience was truly amazing. The food, service and lodging all exceeded expectations. The CYJ Texas team helped plan and then executed a memorable multigenerational event. After experience a magical weekend, I can’t imagine a better facility and location to spend the weekend with family and friends celebrating an important life cycle milestone.
