We had bought our trailer in OKC. OK from another dealer and they weren't very helpful. We called down to Patterson Rv in Wichita Falls TX. And the people are very friendly and go out of their way to talk to you and help you in anyway they can. My Sister and brother in law bought their trailer were we did and we told them if they ever have trouble take it to Patterson Rv in Wichita Falls TX and they did. We will always trust them and take our trailer there!!

Our trailer was damaged by hail and water. The service manager Jeremy, worked with both our insurance and warranty company and was able to rebuilt our RV back to near New condition. We were kept updated on all matters and our input was always welcomed. We took it camping when we picked it up to check everything out and Jeremy gave us his cell number in case there were any issues. The RV was in perfect condition. The rest of the Patterson team was always helpful and welcoming. We will continue to do business with Patterson.
