        I was severely disappointed in this supplier. My provider sent a request for my supplies and I hadn't heard anything over 2 weeks later. I called to inquire and the lady who answered (Kris) stated that they do not take Medicaid. She hadn't asked what type of insurance I had. I explained I didn't have medicaid and after a short hold I was informed they do not carry the supplies I need. I asked if they planned to call and let me know or just let my request go unresolved. She stated that she wouldn't know. Not at all helpful. Would have been nice if they let me or my provider know this.
