    The person we were visiting had been moved to another room on a different floor and the people actually told us our friend was no longer there. Come to find out that was incorrect information and they were there.

    The ER, The housekeepers - Anna, The nurses, the doctors, the kitchen staff! No one is perfect for anyone, but they sure do come close. They took really good care of me for 8 days. kudos!!!

    My husband was admitted today after a helicopter ride and was treated with the upmost respect and dignity. The hospital staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Kudos to Emily, Alicia, Celeste, Hadleigh and last but not least Joseph from dietary.

    Got me direct to bed, almost all the nurses were fantastic. Then they started to request to do random tests on me. I told them it was 1 of 3 things (it was one of them) and they confirmed that within minutes of me being in the room. Attitudes changed when I refused a blood has test (high blood sugar was the culprit). I did 1 awhile back and will never do another. I felt much better than to their team. I said I was ready to leave and wow, 180 attitude change. Brought me my AMA form to sign which I did, they ripped my IV out and left the EKG stickies on my chest. No paperwork, no instructions; NOTHING. I debated a 3 star rating. Pre blood gas refusal it was a 4.5. Post blood gas refusal and request for AMA (covered in the 14th amendment) a 2 at best. I felt better when I left without additional medical stuff or an overnight stay, so there is that. I get not being happy with the 2% that leave AMA; buy it doesn't mean treat you customer like garbage.
