We are new to the area and wanted pizza. Searching here we found Marco's and I ordered online a Philly cheesesteak and 3 topping special to pick up. Got a text from them at first that it would be ready in 30 minutes. Then another text extending it to 50 minutes. When I got there they told me they had an order before me and it would be ready shortly. After waiting 15 minutes. A lady came out and said they didn't know they were out of Philly cheesesteak and did I want something else. Really, ok I ordered a chicken instead. Right at an hour from originally ordering my pizzas. They were finally ready. I paid and said they should have at least offered a discount or drink while I wait. The lady got rude. We wont be back.

This place is in desperate need of management. The pizza is good, but the service is consistently terrible. Showed up today to pick up my order (25 minutes after placing it). I was told they had "no idea" why my pasta and cheese bread had not even been started. Twenty minutes later, I am given my pizza that has been sitting on the counter, the rest of my order, and an apology. Seems to be run by kids.
