Citizens State Bank

Small town bank. They have typical banking hours. However, their hours are a bit later than other local banks so it makes it easier to do banking with school aged children. The staff is friendly and very cooperative.

Been with them since April 2019 and had nothing but problems. Only way to seem to get any thing done is when I finally had enough that I promised to call FTC Federal Trade Commission to file a complaint with them. Every month since we've been with them I've had to call to up the amount I can pull from MY MONEY. Yet my family is poor but we've never once overdraft any account with them and so when I go to the store because at the end of the month my family at least one member is starving which is normally me. So I went to the store to use the card to get breakfast and something to drink that came up to 6 bucks when there is over 700+ sitting in the bank only to have the card denied.

i've been with this bank for 4 yrs now,it's a small town bank that i appreciate.As for complaint about needing to call "all the time" before using a card,yes,it's a little inconvenient when making a sizable purchase,but it's for everyone's protection in case of identity theft.
