    We ordered a CPAP device through Rehema Medical with some concerns having read the reviews on them. We were pleasantly surprised. The intake, ordering and fitting process was fast, smooth, and very efficient. We found the customer representatives available and responsive to questions we had. Unlike many other CPAP providers, they had devices in stock. We had the device in our hands in less than 2 weeks from the start of the process. It would have been sooner had we not been skeptical and had so many questions. THANK YOU!

    Horrible customer service. Schedule deliveries and dont show up nor do they call to cancel. They delivered a broken oxygen concentrator to my home. When i called them I was placed on hold for an extended period of time up to 40 plus minutes for them to reschedule and not show up. Would not recommend at all.

    Its no wonder this place has terrible reviews. We couldnt find another o2 provider for my mom so we are stuck with this company. Anytime you call, theres a 20 min hold time, the customer service reps are extremely rude and billing department has no clue whats going on. The customer service rep acted like she didnt want to process my moms oxygen order until a $15 bill (that we never received from last month) was paid. Shes been on hold for an hour, still havent gotten anywhere. The people that work here seemed to be trained in giving the run around, not much else.

    My overall experience initially was good. I am happy about the supports Houston(Springs), Tx office provided. My problem started dealing with New Orleans, La (Elmwood )office. For 3 weeks I am trying to get POC and I am really unhappy with the answers and response, I get from Rotech office in Louisiana. It seems like nobody care for customers and bothered to investigate and help patient.
