My experience I feel could have been better the elevator was broken.The first room they put us in was covered in tiny roaches. Thankfully the second room was clean. The hot tub was broken and the heated pool was definitely not heated. Now the waffle was delicious wished I grab 2 instead of one but not many breakfast choices at all. Kinda of a let down for comfort inn I usually have a nice stay.

I travel to Texas frequently and have stayed here more than a few times and love it. There is always plenty of parking. The day manager Temeisha is extremely personable and helpful. My daughter loves her. It is never over crowded and has a calming vibe that you don’t find at many hotels. I have read some negative reviews and want to offset that. Yes the elevator was down on our last two trips but a brand new one is being installed and stuff happens. I recently had surgery and could not be lifting, so Tameisha grabbed two big suitcases from my car and carried them up to the second floor for me without hesitation. There is some wear and tear overall, but it is all being worked on and we have always loved our room and had a great experience.

The hotel was nice, but nobody ever answered the phone. Tons of confusion about the pet policy.
