Medical City Imaging - Weatherford

This place DID NOT take my insurance so I call for a quote, $350.00 (I paid cash) four months later I received a bill from the radiologist for another $295.00! When I contacted Medical City Imaging | Weatherford I found out that the $350. 00 is a facility fee, Really!

Very friendly staff. Teeny tiny MRI machine. My shoulders wouldn't even fit... they processed my refund the same day. So that's good.

Called and explained to the lady on the phone that I had been to my regular physician and he wanted me to get an X-ray of my left knee. That I was not familiar with the area but my physician said I could go anywhere for this he just did not want me going into a hospital for it because of covid risk. I then asked her if this was something I could do with their office. She then very rudely told me she didn’t know what I was asking her. Like did I have a question? So I asked again if they take walk-ins for X-rays? She then said yeah but you don’t need a dr note for that. Again with a very rude tone. Then I ask if they take my insurance and what their hours are. She told me they did and were open today till6. I almost went somewhere else just because she was so rude to me. But instead drove 45 minutes to find their office closed only open in the hospital today with reduced hours due to covid. Again another rude person one the phone probably the same lady. When I told her what happened she quick changed her attitude with me. Still pretty aggravated.
