        2 years ago I bought a washer from here. When it broke down (may) the warranty people refused to fix it, because I didn't know the model # they told me I had to avoid the warranty. I call Sears (waxahachie) they told me that was wrong and went out of their way to help me get it fixed. It's now fixed. Thank you.
