They came out the same day and fixed our shower and sink that was not draining properly in an hour. They were also very friendly and professional. Id use them again and highly recommend them. Service: Drain cleaning

I have to praise Bukowski Brothers Plumbing and especially their technician Bo.  We have used them since 2019 for all our plumbing needs.  On this occasion, I called because our hot water heater started malfunctioning and we could not get hot water to our faucets.  I was already prepared to change out the water heater and spend at least $1400 to do so.  Not only did the service manager get 2 technicians (thanks to Walter too) here within 30 minutes of my call; Bo assessed the situation and we had already decided to start with a new gas valve and see where that got us... in speaking with Bo, I mentioned that we were converting an old bath into a shower.  Instantly Bo inquired as to whether we had started the plumbing phase of the remodel and if so,could he see it because he had a hunch.  Well hunch be right, Bo noticed a mistake we had made in the stubbing in fixtures in the new shower that prevented water from circulating correctly from the water heater.  I spent $106 and eureka, we had hot water.  I know he could have easily continued with the $400 repair or quit possibly just stated that the water heater was dead and ran up the charges. That was not the case and his knowledge and INTEGRITY were top knotch and I just had to share.
