I was very pleased with the workmanship and service by Cen-Tex. Randy was very helpful when I first walked in the door and each time afterwards. When I walked in, he put down what he was doing to visit with me and help design what I wanted on the monument. They were very professional in every way.

Centex Monuments recently completed a beautiful head stone for our daughter. She wanted the newest style Laser engraved on black granite. We were very pleased with the craftsmanship. Our experience with Randy Evans at Cen-Tex Monuments could not have been better. We told Mr. Evans exactly what we wanted in our monuments. The monuments were to be like my parent's monument except we wanted two separate ones. He met us at the cemetery to look at the stone. Mr. Evans sketched it off and measured everything to make sure he got it exactly right. After the drawing was finished on the computer he had us come to the office to approve it before the order was placed. We needed to have several family monuments leveled. That was included on our order. Mr. Evans called us when the monuments arrived to be installed on our plots. We watched the two men install our monuments and level the ones that needed it. The men, one who had over 40 years of experience, did an excellent job. We were very pleased with everything and would definitely recommend Cen-Tex Monuments to anyone needing to purchase a monument. We told two of our friends what a pleasure it was to work with Randy Evans. Both of them went to Cen-Tex Monuments and purchased their stones. My family had the great distinctive pleasure of working with Mr. Randy Evans at CenTex Monuments in the making of a beautiful headstone for our beloved sister. It took only a phone call and Mr. Evans explained the entire process in the making, cost, delivery, and placement of the headstone we choose. He graciously provided examples via email of what we discussed, in which that made easier in our decision on the appropriate headstone. He personally kept me informed at each stage, and completed the headstone, but to my surprise more than a month in advance of what was promised. The results turned out to be more than I expected, and complete satisfaction. Mr. Evans caring made this entire process so much easier for us and we feel so thankful for his assistance. Our little sister can now honestly rest peacefully. Our sincere gratitude and thanks to CenTex Monuments of Waco, and Mr. Evans who assisted us!
