    The rep who we worked with struggled to keep the insurance straight. She would tell us that insurance denied coverage just for me to find out from my insurance company that there were no attempts to process a claim from URS. We'd changed insurance companies over a year ago and had purchased supplies many times with URS through our current insurance company, however, our rep couldn't let go of repeated attempts at using our old plan. After 4 months of going in circles with URS we've decided to take our business elsewhere.

    We have been with URS Medical for over 8 years now (could be closer to 10 years). URS is amazing! Everything from my case managers, insurance department, warehouse shipments, dietitian, to emergency supplies... URS has always been on point! I can count on one hand how many times I've had a minor problem but it was always handled promptly. My daughter's pump went out once and I had a new one next morning (less than 8 hours). I've literally only had one shipment issue which is remarkable to me. The last company I was with could never get it right. If your looking for a DME Company URS should be your first choice. Thank you URS for taking such good care of my daughter's needs!

    Been with URS for years and it just gets worse. Turn over is ridiculous. We've had Hailey, Jessica, Jack, Taja, and someone else. We always are missing something or getting the wrong thing. When you ask them to pick it up they take weeks. When your supplies are due for reauthorization they'll wait until your next shipment date to tell you they can't send your supplies when your in NEED because they're waiting on the doctor or the insurance to send paperwork back so you literally have no time to call them to fix the issue. You can leave voicemail and text. They won't respond half the time. When you do communicate with them it's non sense. The supplies that are shipped out are packaged ridiculously. They will send 1cc syringes in a big box with bubble wrap. They'll send each item in it's own box with paper or the wrap. Just a ridiculous amount of boxes. Then for the past 3 months or so they decided to send only the 1cc size syringes NOT Sterile (disgusting) and stopped sending tip caps with all the syringes so if you need to pre draw a medication for a certain time and you have appointments you'll need to take all your meds with you and make a mess. I'm switching companies. I've confirmed with others that they send 1cc Sterile and all sizes with tip caps. Fingers crossed for better shipment and communication with this other company.
