Love this practice! Two of my three children suffered breaks in one year. My seven year old broke her arm on a Saturday and Advent was able to see me the following Monday. I learned she would need a procedure in the hospital to set her break. I was very nervous and Dr. Ellis, who has three girls of his own, was very encouraging and reassuring. He put me at ease about the procedure. When my son broke his hand a few months later, I of course chose Advent to treat him. The office was timely and clean. And the staff was professional and friendly. I highly recommend this practice!

I was able to get an appointment quickly and was only in the waiting room for about 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean and very pleasant. My appointment was with Dr. Newman and he was FANTASTIC. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone. On a separate occasion I had an issue with my 3 year old son (minor, but everything is more stressful when involving children). Dr Bauer called a few days later to check up on my son, and he asked several questions and was genuinely concerned about my son’s improvement. The level of customer service I’ve received at his office is absolutely phenomenal.

I had a great experience at Advent with Dr. Lance Ellis. He did my elective right total knee replacement. I was anxious before my surgery but now, 3 months later that knee is the least painful joint in my body. Dr. Lance is an excellent listener. He always looks me straight in the eye and has a good response that can I understand. I also saw Dr. Bauer post operatively and he also was so very personable, caring and competent. Highly recommend this practice.

What a fantastic experience we have had at ALL 5 of our visits to Advent. My son was hit head on by a drunk driver and by the grace of God, walked away with only a broken ankle and broken arm. Dr. Brent Bauer and P.A. Kristen Hill went above and beyond to make sure we had the BEST of care! The office runs smoothly, we never waited very long, and every employee treated us with the utmost of care and respect. I highly recommend Advent!
