I am here today 9/19/21 at 5:00pm shopping for couple things I go to self check out and I see an unfriendly cashier attendant name Taylor with a yellow mask on she was unprofessional not friendly at all with her white head phones in her ear and using her phone last time I checked headphones wasn’t allowed for employees at heb especially cashiers where customer can see it this is highly rude and unprofessional to customers and myself she literally acted like she didn’t want to work or something manager needs to get this address and situated it’s just rude in her ear while working

Young lady with tattoos all on her right arm in gas station ( Jennifer, I believe her name is ) has such an amazing, generous soul. Helps my 83 year old dad pump gas as he has arthritis and not being able to hold the handle. He loves going there and says “ Jennifer will help me “ as he starts driving away. Glad my old man can go somewhere where we know he will be good taken care of! Y’all ROCK HEB THANK YOU ALL!
