    I ordered a table from Harp. The customer service and product quality are both not great. It took three months to ship, far longer than the time stated when I ordered, and I was also billed immediately on placing the order. After waiting for two months, I called and e-mailed many times. Never once did anyone pick up when I called. Many emails went unanswered. As to the table itself (cherry), it is heavy and solid, but has discoloration and mottling/blotching. Photos attached to this review. I expected better quality wood and finish.

    I ordered a table from Harp Design co., and the wood (cherry) is mottled and blotchy. I expected better quality wood and finish. Also, the table took three months to ship, which is far longer than the time stated it would take when I ordered. They billed me right away, though. And finally, customer service is terrible. Not once in three months of trying to reach them did this company pick up their phone. Many emails went unanswered, too.

    I was so excited to finally splurge on a Harp Design table. Sadly, my order placed in Sep 2022 for an 8 week turnaround table has yet to arrive in Dec. My emails and online inquiries simply to get an estimated completion date have gone unanswered. And forget about getting someone to actually pick up their phone calls. It's extremely frustrating. Especially since my credit card was charged $2800 in Sep when I placed the order! I hope to get my table someday, at which time maybe I can update my review. But for now, 1 star due to taking my money and extremely poor customer service.

    Arrived just before closing at 5, but the door was already locked and we were turned away. I understand a closing time, but not before...really a bummer if you wanted to stop in quick to buy a Christmas gift.

    Been dealing with customer service for months and they are absolutely horrible! I should have followed my gut feeling not to order a table but I finally was able to order a table a few months ago. Was told that my table would be ready for delivery in time for Thanksgiving. Every time I call customer service they never answer their phone. They do not answer text or emails. The times I do get a response is when I threaten to contact the owner. I saved my money to buy a Harp table after seeing them on Fixer Upper. I wish I had not. I hope the table is good quality that I will not have to contact them again.
