Absolutely worthless. Drove from college station to get a form stamped. Head office in Austin says they are open, web site says they are open. Office is there, but they they won't let any one in. Another usless government bureaucracy.

While I have companies that won't pay their bill for 2 to 3 months and I jump through hoops to get these corp. companies and mom & pop shops to pay. I put my sweat, blood, tears, and everything else to keep my business afloat, I make sure my employees are paid 1st and the rest of the money goes where I can put it without paying myself scared for my family and I am explaining all this to the lady spilling everything that has gone wrong from other people doing to our company who then rudely says I'm sympathetic but it is 5:02 and I need to get home to my family and your lady just walked by and said there is nothing we can do so the freeze will still go through and have a great day.
