Abraham has been wonderful to work with on our renovation projects. He helps me to walk properties, gives fair estimates, and does good quality work. All around, he looks out for me and my properties. His prices are extremely reasonable and he’s very transparent with his work. I recommend using him!

5-star rating is perfection; so 4.8 is where I’d place BRC. It is difficult for a company to be perfect. To be honest, one should not expect Perfection anyhow. I was Blessed to find BRC through Home Depot’s pro-referrals. They were Kind enough to come all the way from Waco for my projects: roof, soffit, fascia, removal of a fireplace, construction of roof & siding where fireplace was removed, painting my home, kitchen backsplash, replacement of exterior doors, she shed reno, leak prevention (at doors, flashing btwn roof n back yard awning, all around she shed & she shed roof), privacy fences & gates. They will be continuing work inside this summer! Before working with BRC, I had the fortune, or Misfortune, of working with more than six Co, since purchasing my home, October 2019. Out of those Co I have been treated unprofessionally, had no call no-shows, been taken advantage of, had poor craftsmanship done on my home and spoken to as if the work I need done is beneath a Co & told to find a different co. Keeping all this in mind, as a comparison, BRC construction is a Five-Star company! From the very beginning, Abraham was Considerate, used No Pressure strategies & made sure I understood this is My Home, My Projects & they would go a fast as I need, or take our time with each step; due to scheduling needs, budgeting, etc. Abraham went above and beyond, being in constant communication about all projects, scheduling and expectations. He went into this project knowing that I had high standards and as long as he communicated with me, we would get along just fine. Anytime I had questions, he was welcoming, addressed them immediately and when I had concerns, he sent me a ease; via explanations and clear communication. When a consumer is investing thousands upon thousands of dollars, it is nice to know that the GM/contractor is willing to take the time to explain things. If I didn't like the way the crew left my property or didn't like the way they were doing something, Abraham was always willing to take my calls, listen to what I had to say, make the calls to correct the situation or come and fix something himself. I cannot tell you how many times he came out and cleaned up after the crew or finished things off, to make sure My Expectations were be met! I have a toddler, and it was supremely important to me that no Nails be left behind or other materials that could harm him. During the roofing project, I did all I could to keep him clear. However, he is a toddler &Toddlers will do as toddlers will do. At one point my son stripped-down buck naked in front of Abraham... LOL... Abraham was gracious & giggled. He was completely understanding of not only my Reno needs, but my Parenting needs as well. Were there bumps along the way, other projects & mine colliding – causing scheduling conflicts, and unexpected Financial changes, etc… Absolutely... Again as I said before, one cannot expect Perfection. As a consumer, it is only fair to expect a Contracting Co to behave with professionalism in their character. Abraham did just that… his willingness to listen, to take time to explain things, make logical suggestions, send other businesses out - to check different possibilities or potential problems, ability to quickly adjust to the needs of the job, make sure things were done to the my standards and Beyond (in many cases), surprise me my catching little details I missed & fix them (b4 I could say anything), keep coming till the jobs were Done & done right (to the best if his ability – some things will just will not work out),etc… were a Welcome Relief. After over a year of working with knuckleheads, dummies, unkind full of themselves GMs or Co that would start strong, but couldn’t cut it in the long run; I Absolutely Cannot Fully Express my Gratitude & Thankfulness, that the Good Lord brought BRC to my Fixer Upper of a home!! I look forward to working with them later this year & I am Excited to see my Expectations for my home, be brought into Reality; through the management, hard work & craftsmanship of BRC Construction! Services: Tile fitters, Roadworks, General repairs, Exterior decorating, Drywall repair, Remodelling, Waterproofing, Installation

My neighbor hired this company to do work on their home Memorial Day weekend. While working on our neighbors home our brick mailbox was hit and split in half by the owner of this company, Abraham Barrera. We were told that day he was going to get materials to fix the mailbox and it would not be a problem since he builds them all the time. Weeks go by with no contact or progress on our mailbox. I reached out to him regarding the issue August 11th and he acted like he had forgot about the situation, but said he was trying to find the correct brick to match. After no contact again I followed up on August 25th only for him to act like he didn’t know what it was regarding and then when I explained he didn’t respond AGAIN. To date he refuses to call us back and has not made any effort to fix our property that he damaged, nor has he paid for said damages so we can have another company fix it. This is the most unprofessional and untrustworthy business I have ever dealt with and would not recommend them to anyone! If they damage your property they will not fix it.
