Have eaten at many Pei Wei’s before and I can say this was probably the worst of them all. Mongolian beef was over cooked to almost a jerky state. Also ordered two regular bowls and one kids portion of honey seared chicken. None of them tasted like honey at all because they were so dry.

Had all the chairs put up at 8:18 when they close at 9:00 pm. Ran out of sushi and was told it takes to long to make more. Have to cook rice, crab, and prepare it all. Didn’t get a offer for a discount or anything. First time to come and will probably never come back. Trash service

My sister and I used to love Pei Wei. However, our recent experience was a great disappointment. I ordered the Thai Dynamite with tofu and cauliflower fried rice and a hot tea. I should have gotten a clue when the cashier handed me a huge paper cup and said thats all we got for drink cups. My sister ordered the veggie spring rolls and a hot tea. The fried tofu was good, but my meal came out cold with cauliflower water standing in the bottom of the plate. My sisters spring rolls were cold, mushy and very greasy. They were so bad, we asked for them to be remade, in which they did with no complaints. The restaurant was very dirty and disorganized. The drink station smelled badly and was very dirty. The ice machine was broken with a hand written sign on it, and all of the condiment bowls were nearly empty. Sadly, the good fortune of Pei Wei seems to be running out, just as the fortune cookie container at the restaurant had done. We left without satisfaction and no cookies to boot.
